Delightful self-contained 17th Century Barn
Luxurious B&B accommodation in the picturesque village of Little Marlow
Church Barn is a beautiful, self-contained, spacious 3-bedroomed B&B situated right by the Thames and next to the 12th Century Village Church of St John the Baptist, in the heart of Little Marlow. This high-beamed, home from home has recently been furnished to a high standard and is available to book as a whole house or on an individual room basis.
Church Barn affords splendid rural vistas onto a river, church and countryside. Set in an idyllic one acre garden with mature poplar trees and adjacent to the 15th Century Manor Farmhouse.
Along the Barn's boundary runs a tributary of the nearby Thames. The garden and river play host to herons, kingfishers, moorhen, geese and swans. Red kites fly overhead during the day and owls at night. Deer are frequently seen in the vicinity. Walk straight out of the garden for 5 minutes to see the River Thames and stroll along the riverside path towards Marlow or Cookham.
The picturesque village of Little Marlow has two great pubs only 2 minutes’ walk from Church Barn serving excellent food.
Getting to Church Barn couldn’t be easier. Conveniently located one mile from the A404 with easy access to the M4/M40, and 20 minutes from Heathrow. We are 5 minutes’ drive from the historic town of Marlow with many restaurants including the Michelin Star Hand and Flowers, an array of cafes, shops, pubs, and river walks.
